1. General provisions
These Terms of Use establish the rules for accessing the website spsea-crew.global , viewing its materials, using contact forms and submitting CVs, questionnaires, enquiries, documents and other information.

The term “User” means any individual or legal entity that visits the website, views its materials, sends an enquiry, submits a CV, questionnaire or documents, or otherwise uses the functionality of the website.
By using the website, the User confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to comply with these Terms. A User who does not agree with any provision of these Terms must stop using the website.
2. Purpose of the website
The website is the official information resource of SP SEA-CREW and may be used for:
- publishing information about the Company and its activities;
- displaying information about maritime vacancies;
- receiving CVs, professional questionnaires and enquiries from seafarers;
- conducting an initial review of candidates’ professional profiles;

- coordinating enquiries relating to professional seafarer training;
- communicating with shipowners, vessel operators, employers, partners and service providers;
- publishing professional and reference materials;

The materials published on the website are for general information purposes. Unless expressly stated otherwise, they do not constitute a public offer, an unconditional commercial commitment, a guarantee of employment or an obligation of the Company to enter into an agreement with the User.
3. Right to use the website
The User may use the website only for lawful purposes, including reviewing information, searching for vacancies, submitting professional information, sending enquiries and using other available functions.
By using the website, the User confirms that they have the legal capacity required for such use. A User acting on behalf of an organisation confirms that they have the authority to represent that organisation.

Submitting a CV, questionnaire, documents or other information does not guarantee:
- review of the application within a specified period;
- an invitation to an interview;
- participation in testing or a medical examination;
- approval by an employer or shipowner;
- conclusion of an employment, agency or other agreement;
- obtaining a visa, permit or professional document;
- appointment to a particular position;
- joining a particular vessel or joining on a specified date;
- continuation of the proposed remuneration or other contract terms.
The final employment decision may be made by the employer, shipowner, vessel operator or another authorised party independently of the Company.
The Company cannot guarantee a decision made by an employer, consular authority, border authority, medical institution, training centre, classification society or other independent organisation.
6. Submission of CVs, questionnaires and documents
By submitting a CV, questionnaire, application, message or documents through the website, the User confirms that:
- the information provided is accurate, complete and current;
- the User has the right to provide the relevant information and documents;
- the documents are not forged, unlawfully altered or obtained by improper means;
- the use of the documents does not infringe the rights of any other person;
- the contact details belong to the User or are used on a lawful basis;
- the Company may contact the User to review the application, clarify information and notify the User of relevant opportunities;
- the Company may verify the information provided to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The User must promptly notify the Company of any changes to contact details, qualifications, experience, availability, document validity or other material information.
The Company may refuse to review or may discontinue the review of an enquiry where:

- the candidate does not meet the vacancy requirements;

- the vacancy has been closed, amended or cancelled by the employer;
- continued interaction creates legal, sanctions-related, financial, reputational or other material risks.
7. Verification of professional information
The Company may verify the validity and authenticity of diplomas, certificates, identity documents, medical documents, references, records of previous contracts and professional experience.
Verification may be conducted through official registers, educational institutions, certification bodies, medical institutions, former employers, shipowners, crewing partners, government authorities and other lawful sources.
Where forged documents, knowingly false information or unlawful use of another person’s identity are identified, the Company may:
- discontinue the review of the candidate;
- refuse further cooperation;
- notify the relevant employer or partner;
- provide information to a competent authority where a lawful basis exists.
8. Communication with the User
By submitting an enquiry through the website, the User agrees that the Company may contact them using the contact details provided, including by:
- email;
- telephone calls;
- SMS messages;
- messenger applications;
- other agreed communication channels.
Such communications may relate to vacancies, application status, documents, interviews, testing, medical examinations, travel, training, technical or commercial enquiries, security matters and other aspects of potential cooperation.

- unrestricted access to a telephone or banking application;
- recovery codes, electronic keys or login credentials;
- installation of remote-access software without a separately agreed and justified technical need.

10. Paid services and payments
The use of the website, viewing vacancies and submitting a CV do not in themselves create an obligation to make any payment.
The website does not accept online payments unless expressly stated on the relevant page or separately confirmed in writing by the Company.
Where the Company provides a separate paid service, its name, price, time frame, scope, payment procedure and performance conditions will be communicated to the User before payment and may be set out in a separate agreement, invoice, application or written confirmation.

- the reason for the request;
- a copy of the payment document.
Where the service has been fully or partly provided, the Company may take into account the value of work actually performed and documented expenses, to the extent permitted by the relevant agreement and applicable law.
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed in accordance with the relevant agreement, payment rules and applicable law.
12. Personal data and privacy
When using the website, submitting a CV, questionnaire, documents, message or other enquiry, the User may provide personal data to the Company.
The collection, use, storage, transfer and protection of personal data, and the rights of the User, are governed by our Privacy Policy .
By submitting a CV, questionnaire, documents or other information, the User confirms that they have reviewed the Privacy Policy and understand how their information may be processed.
General website forms should not be used to submit information that is unnecessary for the relevant enquiry, including:
